April - May, 2001

Olga returned home from the hospital for the final time on March 30, 2001, barely six week before she passed away, on May 16, 2001. The family gathered for her funeral at our home in Austin.

On April 7, 2001, soon after Olga returned home from the hospital, we went on a family trip to Marble Falls, Texas, to see the bluebonnet blooms. This was Olga's last outing from our home. She got teriibly sick the night we returned from Marble Falls.
